What is a home inspection?

A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation.

What does a home inspection include?

The standard home inspector’s report will cover the condition of the home’s heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement and structural components.

The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) publishes a Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics that outlines what is covered in your home inspection report.

Own A Home....

Owning your own home is one of your Legacy's for you and your Family. The sense of pride you get as you bond with your home and build a life in it is truly rewarding. By having a home health inspection done, this can allow that feeling to last forever. You can avoid any possible health and safety issues. Catch minor issues before they become large ones or avoid being caught by surprise by large expenses that can possibly be avoided with this type of inspection.

Buying A Home....

Can Very Well Be Your LEGACY.....

We know that buying a new home can be a stressful time but it should also be a very exciting time for you! Treasure the experience especially if its your first time buying a home. We understand the emotional bond you are forming with your new home. We want to help strengthen that bond you're developing with your new home by doing a thorough multi-point inspection of your new house. Which includes the grounds, interior and exterior of the home, components, foundation and structural integrity and finally the mechanics of the appliances.

Are You Selling Your Home....

You've decided to sell your home! There are many great reasons to have a seller’s home inspection. By doing this you'll know of any repairs you might want to make or be able to adjust your list price before it goes on the market. This will help avoid surprises from the buyer’s inspector and reduce the chance of renegotiating the price with the buyer. By letting us inspect your home it will instill confidence and show transparency in the condition of your home, allowing it to sell faster. Rest assured we will inspect your home with honor and integrity. Treat it like it was our own and give you the most accurate report available.
